📋 Description

• • The Assistant Management Accountant will support the Senior Management Accountant and finance team in scaling ZOE’s financial engine by bridging inventory data with commercial growth, ensuring accurate reporting and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning inventory and cost of sales month-end processes, preparing journal entries and variance analysis, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, supporting year-end audit preparation, acting as internal tax compliance point of contact for VAT and US Sales Tax, and collaborating with Operations and other teams to gather financial data and improve reporting accuracy.
• • The ZOE Finance team operates with transparency and high performance, drawing talent from start-ups, Big 4, and high-growth businesses, offering strong learning opportunities as the company scales through 2026 and beyond with exposure to systems, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
• • The person can develop core management accounting and commercial skills, gain hands-on experience with month-end close, audit support, tax compliance, and financial systems, while building expertise in Excel, data reconciliation, and business partnering—positioning them for advancement within a growing finance function.
