- • Build interactive Tableau and Redash dashboards that empower content, marketing, and programming teams to self-serve insights on audience cohorts, drop-off points, genre affinities, and lifetime value—cutting ad-hoc query volume by 40 %.
- • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on thumbnails, trailers, and recommendation placements; use statistical techniques (regression, uplift modeling, causal inference) to quantify impact on watch-time, retention, and revenue per user.
- • Partner with content buyers and studio relations teams to size addressable audiences for upcoming titles, simulate revenue scenarios, and negotiate licensing deals armed with data-driven forecasts and risk assessments.
- • Leverage GenAI and NLP to mine social media, reviews, and subtitles for sentiment and thematic signals, integrating these features into predictive models that improve content tagging accuracy by 25 %.
- • Automate repetitive reporting tasks through parameterized SQL, Python, and PySpark scripts, freeing analyst hours for deeper exploratory work and reducing manual errors to near zero.
- • Present findings in crisp, story-driven formats to C-suite stakeholders, translating complex models into clear go/no-go recommendations and influencing multi-crore content budgets.
- • Mentor junior analysts on SQL optimization, dashboard design, and statistical best practices, fostering a culture of reproducible research and peer review.

- • Contribute to the Central Analytics knowledge base by documenting data dictionaries, query templates, and experiment results, enabling seamless cross-team knowledge transfer.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in business or product analytics within consumer-tech, media, or streaming environments.
- • Expert-level SQL and advanced Excel; proficiency in Airflow, Redash, Databricks; Python and PySpark highly preferred.
- • Proven ability to design scalable ETL workflows and optimize query performance on large (terabyte-scale) clickstream datasets.
- • Strong statistical foundation—hypothesis testing, regression, experimentation design—with the skill to translate results into business actions.
- • Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management, comfortable presenting to both technical teams and senior executives.
