- • Build and deploy advanced predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, price estimation, time-on-market prediction, and conversion likelihood in a real estate context.
- • Develop production-grade RAG and GraphRAG pipelines, constructing complex knowledge graphs that link property listings, agents, and clients to enable intelligent retrieval and ranking of unstructured data.
- • Write robust data transformations in Databricks using SQL and PySpark, and author high-performance SQL queries across ClickHouse and PostgreSQL databases.
- • Partner with engineering teams to ship machine learning and LLM outputs into production environments, frequently utilizing Inngest for workflow orchestration.
- • Analyze MLS data to uncover actionable market trends and directly inform the development of data-driven product features.
- • Design, execute, and analyze A/B product experiments using PostHog, applying statistical methods to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
- • Build comprehensive dashboards and analytical reports within Hex and Metabase to visualize key metrics and support business decision-making.
- • Translate ambiguous business questions from product, brokerage operations, and leadership teams into clear, data-backed recommendations with actionable insights.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and brokerage operations to embed data science into core workflows and product cycles.
- • Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, and accuracy of data pipelines and models supporting real-time and batch decision systems.
- • Ensure model outputs are interpretable and aligned with business objectives, providing clear explanations to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Stay current with advancements in LLM applications, retrieval systems, and predictive modeling techniques relevant to real estate and media platforms.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data infrastructure, model monitoring, and feedback loops to enhance long-term system performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning within a product-led company
- • Exceptional SQL proficiency, with mandatory experience in PostgreSQL (ClickHouse experience is a strong plus)
- • Solid hands-on Python expertise, specifically with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels
- • Proven experience applying core ML concepts, including regression, classification, forecasting, and clustering, to real-world problems
- • Demonstrated success building and deploying RAG or LLM-powered workflows in a live production environment, going beyond simple prototypes
- • Strong background in A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis
