- • As an Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Accounting) at Juniper Square, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Fund Administration service offering by supporting team buildout, defining operational workflows, and serving as a technical accounting expert for private market clients in Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
- • Day to day, you will support major decisions on team structure and policies, define and implement fund administration workflows, interface directly with clients to ensure outstanding service, review and perform accounting and financial reporting duties, prepare investor statements and waterfall calculations, assist with audits and tax returns, and research accounting developments impacting fund administration.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, influence product development through technical feedback, gain deep exposure to complex fund structures and performance metrics, and grow your expertise in modern fund administration while working alongside top talent in private markets at a pivotal moment in the industry’s evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of fund accounting or audit experience with exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit and/or Real Estate funds
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- • Experience with complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital calls calculations
- • Experience with annual reporting (audited financial statements)
- • Experience scoping out system requirements and implementing new systems
- • Ability to handle many projects at once without losing track of the details
