📋 Description

• • As an Assistant Manager of Player Development at DraftKings, you will lead and elevate the VIP team in a highly competitive market, driving revenue performance through strategic sales leadership and shaping the premium experience for the company’s most valuable players.
• • Day to day, you will drive key VIP sales metrics, contribute to process and compliance initiatives, work closely with Analytics teams on reinvestment programs, develop and implement sales training programs, participate in escalation processes, and manage a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
