- • The Assistant Manager – Process Excellence at TruBridge plays a critical dual role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality assurance across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, directly impacting operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction in the US healthcare sector.
- • This role is essential for identifying process gaps, leading structured improvement initiatives, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and adherence in billing, accounts receivable, payment posting, and other RCM functions.
- • Day to day, the incumbent will analyze existing RCM workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- • They will conduct time-motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis to understand recurring issues and develop data-driven solutions.
- • The role involves collaborating with Operations, Training, and IT teams to design, test, and implement process enhancements that improve productivity and reduce errors.
- • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a core responsibility, ensuring they are clearly documented, regularly reviewed, and adopted across teams.
- • In the Quality Assurance domain, the Assistant Manager oversees audit planning and execution, reviews quality metrics, and supports QA analysts in maintaining compliance with client and organizational standards.
- • They conduct regular quality audits on critical RCM functions such as claims submission, denial management, and patient billing, providing actionable feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
- • Partnering with training teams, they help develop targeted learning interventions to address skill or knowledge gaps identified during audits.
- • The role includes supporting the development and refinement of QA tools, checklists, and audit mechanisms to ensure consistency and scalability.
- • Preparing and presenting comprehensive quality dashboards and reports to internal stakeholders is a key activity, enabling transparency and informed decision-making.
- • The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to SLAs, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA), and customer satisfaction targets.
- • The Assistant Manager contributes to designing new workflows or system changes that align with compliance requirements and operational best practices.
- • By fostering a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement, they help drive organizational excellence across RCM delivery centers.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in US healthcare revenue cycle processes, gain hands-on experience with process improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma, and strengthen leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of experience in RCM operations with at least 2–3 years in quality or process excellence roles
- • Strong understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle processes including billing, AR, payment posting, and denial management
- • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- • Experience working with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner is preferred
