  • • Assistenz (w/m/d) - Home-Office: Support the Major & Complex Loss team in operational daily business, primarily from home office with occasional on-site presence in Felsberg or DĂĽsseldorf.
  • • What the person will do day to day: Support experts and managers in claims handling, coordinate and organize field service appointments, plan and align efficient travel routes, set up and maintain claim files in relevant systems, book business trips and hotels, assist in planning and executing internal and external events, manage follow-ups and status updates, ensure careful file management and document handling, and serve as a central point of contact via professional phone communication.
