- • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle: from raw data ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment, ensuring high-quality inputs that drive critical business decisions across product and analytics teams.
- • Serve as a strategic liaison between data engineering, product, and analytics teams to define and maintain a centralized feature store as the 'single source of truth,' proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies through automated frameworks and root-cause investigations.
- • Develop and maintain authoritative documentation for data sources, transformation logic, and variable definitions, enabling reproducibility, transparency, and scalability across ML workflows.
- • Apply strong statistical and programming skills in Python (Pandas/NumPy) and SQL to manipulate complex datasets, detect anomalies, and build robust data validation pipelines that support experimentation and model iteration.
- • Embrace a detail-obsessed, proactive mindset where curiosity drives investigation, persistence resolves ambiguity, and precision is non-negotiable in delivering trustworthy data assets.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; PhD preferred
- • Strong proficiency in Python (including Pandas and NumPy) and SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis
- • Hands-on experience with data cleaning techniques, data validation frameworks, and identifying/handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies
- • Familiarity with data visualization tools to effectively detect, communicate, and present data quality issues to stakeholders
