- • As an Associate in BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across critical functions such as growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, and strategic partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will define the right business problems before analysis, build reports and run analyses using SQL, Python, and Metabase, surface actionable insights, and drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations to make impactful decisions.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who operate with a first-principles mindset, own critical domains end-to-end, and focus exclusively on work that materially changes the business trajectory — without slides, corporate fluff, or unnecessary meetings.
- • In this role, you will learn to break down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses, communicate complex findings clearly to leadership, and take full ownership of outcomes — growing into a strategic operator who can shape Jerry’s path from 5M to 50M customers and a $10B valuation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data using SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact in fast-paced environments
