📋 Description

• The Associate, BizOps & Analytics role at Jerry Technologies Inc. is a high-impact position embedded within core business units such as Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships, where the individual will serve as an analytical force multiplier driving data-informed decisions that directly influence company trajectory.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the right business problems before analysis, building metrics and reports, running analyses and experiments, surfacing actionable insights, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations to make data-backed decisions.
• Jerry Technologies Inc. is a profitable, high-growth company that has scaled to 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, and achieved 70X revenue growth, now expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV verticals with the goal of reaching 50M customers and becoming a $10B business in four years.
• In this role, you will develop end-to-end ownership of analytical functions, sharpen first-principles problem-solving skills, gain direct exposure to leadership-level decision-making, and grow as an impact-driven operator in a fast-paced, egoless environment that values execution over process.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
• Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
