- • As an Associate Business Analyst focused on Financial Systems & API Integrations, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, supporting the design, documentation, and testing of API-driven systems that power financial operations for global enterprises.
- • Day to day, you will gather and document functional and technical requirements, assist in developing functional specifications, support development teams during build phases, design and execute test scripts, contribute to system interoperability with trading and back-office platforms, help manage backlogs, provide operational support for issue resolution, and collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- • You will join Exadel, an AI-first global tech company with over 25 years of engineering excellence, 2,000+ professionals, and 500+ active projects serving Fortune 500 clients like HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks, where innovation is driven by ambitious, collaborative, and continuously evolving teams.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and technical communication skills, gain hands-on experience in financial systems integration and API workflows, deepen your understanding of software development lifecycles, and build a foundation for growth into senior business analysis or financial systems architecture roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Academic or early professional exposure to financial services, particularly in custody, funds, assets, or liabilities
- • Exposure to system development environments, especially API-based solutions, through academic work, internships, or early career experience
- • Understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- • Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) or willingness to develop these skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Financial Markets, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
