đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Business Operations Associate at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across high-impact initiatives such as carrier growth, new product development from 0-1, and scalable user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission of scaling from 5M to 50M customers and becoming a $10B business in the rapidly evolving $2T U.S. car ownership market.
  • • You will partner closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate customer performance insights into actionable acquisition and partnership strategies, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning models to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and optimize go-to-market approaches in a fast-moving, pre-IPO startup environment backed by $240M in funding and 60X revenue growth over five years.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing product features, identifying key performance levers, and extracting insights that inform iterative product improvements and business strategy, all while ensuring rigorous statistical validity and clear communication of findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • You will identify inefficiencies in manual operational processes and spearhead automation initiatives to improve scalability and reduce operational friction, working with engineering and operations teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency without compromising user experience or data integrity.
  • • You will define, measure, and test levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth, using SQL and analytical tools to build dashboards, track KPIs, and evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns, channel performance, and partner incentives in alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
  • • You will operate within a talent-dense Business Operations & Analytics team led by a former BCG and Better executive, Armando La Rocca, where ownership is fluid, initiative is rewarded, and you are empowered to drive projects from concept to completion with strong data-backed hypotheses, fostering rapid professional growth through exposure to complex, high-stakes problems.
  • • You will develop advanced problem-solving frameworks rooted in first principles thinking, sharpen your ability to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences — from front-line operators to C-suite executives — and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement by consistently raising the bar for excellence in your work and team contributions.
  • • You will gain hands-on experience applying machine learning models to real-world business challenges, deepen your expertise in SQL and complex data analysis, and build a portfolio of impactful projects that demonstrate your ability to influence strategy at a high-growth, mission-driven startup disrupting a trillion-dollar industry.
  • • You will join a mission-driven culture that values curiosity, egoless collaboration, and solving real-world problems, working alongside passionate teammates across six countries who are committed to redefining car ownership through AI-powered innovation in insurance, financing, repairs, safety, and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline such as economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • • 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR equivalent experience in business analysis, operations, or strategy roles
  • • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis, including experience querying large datasets and performing statistical analysis to support business decisions

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for regular employees
  • • Paid time off, paid parental leave, and 401(K) plan with employer matching
  • • Equity grant opportunities as part of total rewards package
  • • Wellness benefits and access to a talent-dense, high-growth startup environment with significant career acceleration potential
