- • Embed yourself in Jerry’s Growth team to own key product initiatives that impact how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase car insurance
- • Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, identify friction points, and build a ground-level understanding of conversion funnels
- • Own and synthesize user feedback from app reviews, customer support interactions, and research to uncover actionable product insights
- • Lead bug triage and resolution in partnership with Engineering, ensuring quality issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed efficiently
- • Drive end-to-end delivery of scoped product launches, starting with landing pages and compliance-driven features, expanding to larger growth initiatives as you grow
- • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to ship high-quality, user-centered experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust
- • Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design, developing a rigorous experimental mindset to inform product decisions
- • Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities backed by quantitative and qualitative data
- • Coordinate daily execution with Jerry’s China-based Engineering team, maintaining 3–4 hours of daily overlap during China business hours
- • Build deep product intuition by analyzing user behavior, metric trends, and feedback loops to anticipate pain points and opportunities for improvement
- • Communicate complex product updates and strategic decisions with precision to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership and the CEO
- • Take ownership of product metrics tied to growth KPIs, using data to validate assumptions and guide iterative improvements
- • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Jerry’s AI-powered super app ecosystem, including insurance, financing, maintenance, and safety services
- • Act as a bridge between product, analytics, marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and user outcomes
- • Continuously improve your product and UX instincts by iterating on real user flows and observing how design decisions impact behavior
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations
- • Willingness to flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative data
- • Exceptional structured thinking and clear, precise communication abilities
- • Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to think in user emotions and mental models, not just metrics
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and maintain rigor in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
