📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
• Identify and address client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their accounts and any changes or developments.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities OR High school diploma or GED equivalent required and 6 years TPA or health insurance industry experience.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
• Results oriented and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Organizational, analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills are required
