- • Associate Commercial Counsel role supporting Experian's high-growth Marketing Services division, focusing on complex commercial agreements across industries including health, financial services, and AdTech.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating contracts directly with business clients for products such as marketing data services, SaaS, licensed software, consulting, professional services, and analytics; drafting and reviewing agreements like NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including information security, regulatory compliance, sales, product marketing, corporate legal, and finance to ensure transactions meet compliance needs and company policies.
- • Provide legal guidance to sales teams on contract administration, advise management on contractual risks, and deliver training on negotiation strategies and contract issues to accelerate deal execution while minimizing risk.
🎯 Requirements
- • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar.
- • Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, professional services, and data-related contracts.
- • Familiarity with regulatory environments in industries such as healthcare, financial services, and advertising technology (AdTech).
- • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, finance, and compliance teams.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
