🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in social media management, community management, or a related digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), their algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt brand voice and tone for different platforms and audiences.
- • Passion for the beauty industry and a strong awareness of current beauty trends, influencers, and cultural conversations.
- • Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
