  • • Lyra Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive, Strategic, to spearhead our growth initiatives within the vital Midwest region. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned sales professional who excels in driving new business acquisition and fostering strategic partnerships with large employers.
  • • As a Sales Executive, Strategic, you will be at the forefront of Lyra Health's mission to transform mental healthcare for employers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with enterprise-level clients, specifically focusing on organizations with 5,000 to 30,000 employees. This segment represents a significant opportunity to impact the lives of thousands of individuals by providing them with access to high-quality mental health benefits.
  • • Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Midwest market. This involves a deep understanding of the regional economic landscape, industry trends, and the specific benefits procurement processes of large corporations.
  • • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to complex contract negotiations and final deal closure. This requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Lyra Health's innovative solutions.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is your ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within prospective organizations. You will engage with HR leaders, benefits managers, C-suite executives, and other influential parties, understanding their priorities and demonstrating how Lyra Health can address their most pressing behavioral health needs.

This includes articulating Lyra Health's unique approach to mental healthcare, showcasing the efficacy of our programs, and tailoring your message to resonate with the specific concerns and goals of each prospect.
  • • The ability to expertly close deals is paramount. You will be responsible for overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from clients, ensuring that Lyra Health achieves its ambitious growth targets.
  • • This role demands a deep-seated passion for solving meaningful behavioral health challenges. You will be driven by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of employees and their families by providing access to comprehensive and effective mental health support.
  • • You will operate within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a continuous drive for improvement. The ability to thrive under pressure and consistently exceed expectations is essential.
  • • A strong understanding of the Midwest benefits landscape is crucial. This includes familiarity with regional employer demographics, competitive offerings, and the nuances of benefits decision-making processes within large organizations.
  • • You will be expected to collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide valuable market feedback that informs product development and strategy.
  • • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home, but requires you to reside in one of the following states: Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio. This geographic focus allows for dedicated attention to the specific market dynamics of the Midwest.
  • • You will be empowered to develop innovative sales strategies, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of Lyra Health's sales efforts in this key region.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, expand Lyra Health's market share in the Midwest, and build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
