  • • As a Sales Executive, Strategic, you will be at the forefront of Lyra Health's mission to transform mental healthcare for employers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with enterprise-level clients, specifically focusing on organizations with 5,000 to 30,000 employees. This segment represents a significant opportunity to impact the lives of thousands of individuals by providing them with access to high-quality mental health benefits.
  • • Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the Midwest market. This involves a deep understanding of the regional economic landscape, industry trends, and the specific benefits procurement processes of large corporations.
  • • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to complex contract negotiations and final deal closure. This requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Lyra Health's innovative solutions.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is your ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within prospective organizations. You will engage with HR leaders, benefits managers, C-suite executives, and other influential parties, understanding their priorities and demonstrating how Lyra Health can address their most pressing behavioral health needs.
