  • • As a Sales Customer Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals and families, understanding their unique financial situations, aspirations, and concerns. You will then leverage this understanding to present personalized strategies and solutions that align with their goals. This is not a cold-calling position; instead, you will be provided with pre-qualified leads, allowing you to focus your energy on building rapport, understanding needs, and presenting solutions effectively through virtual channels like Zoom and phone.
  • • The day-to-day activities will involve nurturing connections with these pre-qualified clients, conducting thorough needs assessments to grasp their current circumstances and future objectives, and clearly presenting tailored financial strategies. Your role extends to guiding clients seamlessly from their initial inquiry through to the successful implementation of their chosen financial plan. To ensure efficiency and effective client management, you will utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to meticulously track interactions, manage your pipeline, and maintain detailed client records.
