- • Lead and scale the growth and onboarding strategy for the Mudflap Fuel Card, owning the entire early customer journey from application through activation and the first 12 weeks of retention.
- • Drive measurable improvements in funnel conversion, onboarding performance, and time-to-value by identifying and eliminating friction points in the customer experience.
- • Build scalable onboarding systems that integrate AI, automation, and human engagement to enhance fleet activation, stability, and long-term engagement.
- • Develop and refine onboarding playbooks that standardize best practices, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction across diverse fleet segments.
- • Turn onboarding into a data-driven growth engine by establishing clear KPIs, monitoring cohort analytics, and using dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 9, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and customer-centric innovation.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding initiatives with broader company goals and product roadmaps.
- • Optimize customer acquisition and retention metrics through iterative testing, experimentation, and implementation of customer-centric solutions.
- • Translate customer feedback and behavioral data into actionable product and process improvements that reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
- • Maintain a high bar for quality by sweating the details in every aspect of the onboarding experience, from application forms to post-activation support.
- • Champion a growth mindset by continuously questioning assumptions, testing new methodologies, and scaling what works across the customer lifecycle.
- • Contribute to company-wide initiatives by participating in strategic planning, cross-team reviews, and annual events such as Mudfest.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in growth, onboarding, operations, or customer lifecycle leadership
- • Proven track record of improving conversion, activation, retention, and customer engagement metrics
- • Highly analytical with experience using data, dashboards, and cohort analysis to drive decisions
- • Strong people leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and scalable processes
- • Strategic and hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operations and customer experience
