• • As a Sr. Growth Marketing Associate (Contractor) at Acorns, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s paid acquisition channel mix by researching, launching, and scaling emerging platforms such as programmatic DSPs, Reddit, Snapchat, and community-based channels to drive user growth across Acorns, Acorns Early, and GoHenry.
• • Day to day, you will support the development and execution of a structured testing roadmap for new paid media channels, manage campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing, partner with Creative to tailor ad assets, collaborate with Analytics to design and monitor incrementality and lift studies, track KPIs, maintain records of test results, and support acquisition growth across brands while monitoring the AdTech landscape for emerging opportunities.
