- • As Director of Marketing for EverPro at EverCommerce, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Invoice Simple, the company’s largest product-led growth solution, driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in the invoicing solutions market.
- • You will be accountable for end-to-end marketing performance, including identifying and removing friction in the user journey to improve LTV and payback, defining and executing the marketing PLG roadmap with Product and Data, and optimizing onboarding, in-product conversion, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle engagement.
- • You will build and scale a rigorous experimentation culture using A/B testing, geo-testing, and incrementality, prioritizing high-impact tests across acquisition channels, onboarding, and in-product experiences while translating user behavior and product signals into growth opportunities.
- • You will lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and specialists across product marketing, acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and partner management, ensuring a cohesive customer experience from acquisition to retention and aligning with central services marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
- • You will coordinate with market, growth, and product leaders to analyze and report performance trends, manage and allocate budget with focus on pipeline impact, and measure campaign effectiveness to improve resource allocation and revenue generation.
- • You will support content and brand strategies by optimizing messaging and positioning, collaborating with creative, demand generation, and communications teams to amplify thought leadership and brand awareness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of related industry experience, preferably with product-led growth motion and/or SaaS organization
- • 10+ years of successfully developing and managing senior-level relationships and teams
- • 3+ years of experience in building and managing partnerships
- • Full stack marketing experience with deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and strategies to drive growth via acquisition, expansion, and retention
- • Demonstrated success in achieving pipeline and customer acquisition growth goals
- • Excellent track record of driving highly creative marketing programs with measurable revenue growth in both sales-led and product-led growth environments
- • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including digital (paid and non-paid), email marketing, events, channel marketing, and webinars
- • Outstanding communication skills with ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
- • Customer-focused, innovative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under strict deadlines
- • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus
