- • Serve as a Regional B2B Business Sales Manager for Bisnow in Houston, driving revenue through direct sales of advertising, marketing solutions, and event sponsorships to commercial real estate (CRE) professionals.
- • Manage and grow an established book of high-volume business while consistently exceeding sales targets tied to KPIs, conversion rates, and event booking goals.
- • Develop deep expertise in Bisnow’s DOJO Ten Pillars: CRE industry knowledge, Houston local market dynamics, Bisnow product offerings, internal sales processes, and proven sales techniques including fact-finding, proposal development, pitching, follow-up, and closing.
- • Act as a player/coach by personally closing deals while simultaneously coaching, mentoring, and developing junior sales team members to improve performance and pipeline growth.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with CRE clients including developers, investors, brokers, lenders, and property managers across the Houston market.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including events, marketing, and content to align sales strategies with Bisnow’s award-winning news, high-impact events, and sales enablement tools.
- • Represent Bisnow at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities in the Houston CRE sector.
- • Utilize data-driven insights to identify market trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust outreach strategies to maximize conversion and retention.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with Bisnow’s sales methodology.
- • Adhere to Bisnow’s core values of Extreme Ownership, hyper-local execution, and global mindset in all client interactions and team leadership activities.
- • Work a hybrid schedule: 3–4 days per week in the Houston office (4201 Main Street) and 1–2 days remotely, ensuring consistent in-person engagement with team and clients.
- • Contribute to the expansion of Bisnow’s footprint in Houston by identifying untapped client segments and expanding service offerings within the local CRE ecosystem.
- • Stay current on commercial real estate market conditions, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide informed, consultative sales guidance to clients.
- • Participate in company-wide initiatives to uphold Bisnow’s mission to inform, connect, and create opportunities that turn into deals within the CRE industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B sales, preferably within commercial real estate, media, advertising, or event marketing industries
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an established book of business with high-volume clients
- • Experience coaching or mentoring sales team members in a player/coach capacity
- • Deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry and its key stakeholders (developers, investors, brokers, lenders)
- • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and data-driven sales analytics
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex B2B deals
