  • • You will serve as a trusted, client-facing strategist responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client business goals, translating complex data into compelling narratives, and delivering consistent performance that fuels renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships.
  • • Directive Consulting is a remote-first, performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in SaaS and tech clients, known for its innovative Customer Generation framework and commitment to blending analytical rigor with creative storytelling to deliver predictable, scalable results in competitive markets.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Associate Directors, SEO, CRO, and Video specialists to build integrated digital strategies, while maintaining direct communication with clients and vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement in campaign execution.
  • • In this role, you will develop quarterly paid media strategies, manage budgets across multiple channels, optimize for ROI through rigorous A/B testing and bid management, and ensure accurate lead routing in CRM systems—gaining deep expertise in enterprise SaaS marketing while sharpening your ability to balance strategic vision with tactical excellence.
  • • You will cultivate and leverage professional networks to drive client referrals, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and stay ahead of emerging trends—including AI and automation in advertising—positioning yourself as a forward-thinking marketer who not only executes campaigns but shapes the future of paid media in B2B tech.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency, specifically with B2B SaaS or technology clients in an agency setting
  • • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms, including proficiency in platform-specific tools and interfaces
  • • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar tools to make data-driven decisions that improve ROI and meet OKRs
  • • Demonstrated success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts, with ability to build trusted client relationships, communicate strategy clearly with stakeholders, and drive renewals and cross-sell opportunities
  • • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling 5+ concurrent accounts while maintaining high utilization, personal productivity, and quality-obsessed attention to detail
