Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • Riveron Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contractor - Contingent Workforce Program Operations Coordinator to provide essential interim operational support for its Contingent Workforce Program. This is a critical, execution-focused role designed for an individual who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments where precision and accuracy are paramount. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and completeness of contractor records, documentation, and system data, directly contributing to the smooth and compliant operation of our contingent workforce.
  • In this hands-on operational capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Contingent Workforce Program Manager and serve as a key liaison with various cross-functional departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams. Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous execution of operational workflows, maintaining high standards of data integrity, and coordinating the entire lifecycle of contractor engagements. This role is ideal for someone who finds deep satisfaction in refining processes, cleaning data, and bringing order to complex operational challenges.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve providing comprehensive operational execution support throughout the contractor lifecycle. This includes meticulously processing updates for contractor onboarding, managing extensions and renewals, accurately updating rates, and coordinating efficient offboarding activities. You will be the gatekeeper for ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are collected, diligently tracked, and securely stored in accordance with program policies.
  • You will also play a vital role in conducting thorough data cleanup and system reconciliation. This involves auditing contractor records across various systems to guarantee data consistency and completeness, proactively identifying and rectifying discrepancies in engagement details such as start/end dates, rates, employment status, and approval statuses. A key deliverable will be the cleanup of legacy data and the standardization of documentation within engagement files, ensuring an audit-ready state at all times. Furthermore, you will validate dashboards and tracking tools to uphold the accuracy of program reporting.
  • Maintaining the lifecycle and compliance of our contingent workforce will be a core function. You will actively monitor active contractor timelines, providing timely alerts for upcoming renewals, expirations, or any gaps in required documentation. Ensuring that all necessary approvals are secured before any status changes are activated is crucial for compliance. You will maintain structured tracking tools that provide complete visibility into the status of each contractor engagement, enabling proactive management and decision-making.
  • Strengthening operational documentation is another key area of focus. You will be responsible for updating and organizing program documentation, standardizing templates, and refining tracking tools to enhance efficiency and clarity. Your efforts will ensure that all engagement files are consistently maintained and audit-ready, supporting the overall governance of the program. You will also contribute to process refinement efforts, aiming to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability of our contingent workforce operations.
  • This position is perfectly suited for an individual who enjoys detail-heavy, execution-focused work and takes immense pride in data integrity and documentation accuracy. If you thrive in fast-paced, structured environments with clearly defined workflows and are comfortable stepping into existing processes to bring order and clarity, this role is an excellent fit. You will prefer operational excellence over direct recruiting or sourcing responsibilities and will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a short-term, high-visibility assignment.
  • The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to operational discipline, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight once priorities are established. Your clear and professional communication skills will be essential for consistent follow-ups and ensuring the completeness of all required documentation. Ultimately, you will be a trusted partner in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of Riveron's contingent workforce program.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, contingent workforce operations, recruiting, staffing programs, or similarly structured operational environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready data.
  • Proficiency in performing data cleanup, reconciliation, and system validation, with experience using enterprise platforms such as ATS, CLM, VMS, or CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy tasks in a fast-paced setting without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and ensure documentation completeness.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Competitive hourly compensation of $45/hour.
  • Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
  • Gain valuable experience supporting a high-visibility contingent workforce program at a reputable consulting firm.
  • Potential for a short-term, impactful assignment with a focus on operational excellence.
