  • • Own end-to-end enterprise demand generation strategy for Zapier’s Enterprise segment, driving monthly pipeline through multi-channel campaigns that span outbound, events, webinars, and digital channels.
  • • Define and execute signal-led outbound strategies by identifying which enterprise accounts qualify for outreach based on product engagement, intent signals, firmographic data, and buying committee dynamics.
  • • Build and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) plays for high-value targets, including multi-threading across personas, persona-specific messaging, and deal acceleration tactics.
  • • Partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives to align campaigns with active deal motion, providing sequences, messaging frameworks, and activation guidance that scale across the sales team.
  • • Run three or more structured experiments per week across messaging, channels, offers, and timing, treating all results as data to iterate and improve campaign performance.
  • • Write, test, and refine enterprise outbound messaging tailored to Zapier’s AI and automation use cases, addressing the needs of IT, Sales Operations, and RevOps decision-makers.
  • • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, enhance outreach relevance, and build scalable workflows that improve quality and efficiency across demand gen initiatives.
  • • Utilize modern outbound engagement platforms (HubSpot, Gong Engage), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), and data enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo) to target, segment, and personalize outreach at scale.
  • • Translate product usage and behavioral signals into timely, context-aware outreach that moves deals forward, rather than treating signals as static filters.
  • • Develop and institutionalize sales-adopted playbooks, sequences, and messaging frameworks that extend beyond individual campaigns and become repeatable, company-wide assets.
  • • Operate in segments without established playbooks, creating new demand gen models from scratch for emerging enterprise buyer personas and use cases.
  • • Measure and report on full-funnel campaign performance from first touch through closed-won, ensuring accountability for pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • • Maintain transparency and ethical use of AI tools throughout the hiring and work process, following Zapier’s guidelines for responsible AI collaboration.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between campaign messaging, product positioning, and customer journey stages.
