📋 Description

• As the first (Vibe) Growth Marketing Manager at Contentsquare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product-led growth strategies that drive high-intent user acquisition, conversion, and retention by deeply understanding user journeys and leveraging AI, automation, and product experiences.
• Your day-to-day will involve analyzing user behavior and pain points, designing and optimizing product-led growth funnels using Contentsquare’s platform and no-code/low-code tools, building user-facing tools and automated workflows, and experimenting with AI-powered experiences to improve conversion without relying on vanity metrics.
• You’ll join a small, agile Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing team within a global leader in experience analytics, operating across 15 offices worldwide, committed to building an inclusive, daring, and deliberate culture where innovation and impact are valued.
• In this role, you’ll develop expertise in product-led growth, AI-driven marketing automation, user journey optimization, and growth experimentation—gaining the ability to scale impactful initiatives that align product value with user intent and drive sustainable business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or performance marketing with a focus on user acquisition and conversion
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (especially experience or product analytics platforms) to understand user behavior
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and marketing automation to build and optimize growth experiments
• Strong ability to translate user insights into actionable growth strategies and user-facing experiences
• Proven track record of running experiments and optimizing funnels to improve conversion and retention
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
