- • As a Community Manager at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will play a pivotal role in building, engaging, and nurturing the company’s online and offline communities to strengthen brand presence and user loyalty within the global fintech and blockchain ecosystem.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing community engagement strategies across social media platforms, forums, and events; moderating discussions; gathering user feedback; collaborating with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals; and organizing virtual and in-person events such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in community management, social media, or related roles within tech, fintech, or blockchain industries
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse online audiences
- • Experience managing communities across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or LinkedIn
- • Ability to create and execute content and engagement strategies that drive user participation and retention
- • Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or fintech products and services
- • Based in or willing to work from Taipei with fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
