📋 Description

• As a Community Manager at BTSE Holdings Limited, you will play a pivotal role in building, engaging, and nurturing the company’s online and offline communities to strengthen brand presence and user loyalty within the global fintech and blockchain ecosystem.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing community engagement strategies across social media platforms, forums, and events; moderating discussions; gathering user feedback; collaborating with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals; and organizing virtual and in-person events such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups.
• BTSE Holdings Limited is a leading global fintech and blockchain company dedicated to building innovative technology and infrastructure that empowers businesses and individuals to thrive in the digital economy. The company has pioneered trading technologies adopted worldwide and serves both retail and institutional clients through its B2C and B2B divisions.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in community building within the fast-evolving fintech and blockchain sectors, enhance your communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and contribute directly to user growth, brand advocacy, and product adoption—positioning yourself for advancement in community, marketing, or product roles within the tech industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media, or related roles within tech, fintech, or blockchain industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse online audiences
• Experience managing communities across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or LinkedIn
• Ability to create and execute content and engagement strategies that drive user participation and retention
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or fintech products and services
• Based in or willing to work from Taipei with fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
