  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure alignment, successful outcomes, and long-term retention through collaborative action plans outlining milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • • Master and lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process, guiding clients through product training, adoption, and implementation to drive satisfaction and measurable success.
  • • Foster a vibrant customer community by organizing webinars, events, and case studies that encourage knowledge sharing and strengthen peer networks among Vendelux users.
  • • Proactively identify and understand client needs, challenges, and strategic goals to tailor product usage and recommend solutions that maximize ROI and impact.
  • • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients, creating compelling business cases that demonstrate value and drive expansion opportunities including upsells and renewals.
  • • Communicate and promote proven best practices, methodologies, and processes that lead to customer success across the client base.
  • • Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from clients and internal teams to refine product strategies, improve customer experience, and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment with Vendelux’s mission to transform event marketing into a scalable growth channel.
  • • Leverage Vendelux’s AI-powered platform and proprietary data from 250,000+ events to provide clients with actionable insights that help them identify ideal attendees and optimize event participation.
  • • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap priorities based on real-world usage patterns.
  • • Support the growth of Vendelux’s network of event organizer partnerships by ensuring clients understand and benefit from shared first-party attendee and sponsorship data.
  • • Utilize Vendelux Meetings to help clients automatically book high-value 1:1 meetings at conferences, directly contributing to pipeline generation and event ROI.
  • • Maintain deep familiarity with Vendelux’s platform capabilities and industry-specific use cases to confidently advise clients on maximizing the tool’s potential.
  • • Contribute to a high-performance, fast-paced culture by taking ownership of outcomes, demanding excellence, and adapting quickly to evolving client and market demands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role at a B2B growth-stage startup
  • • Owned the full client lifecycle including onboarding, retention, renewals, and upsells
  • • Proven ability to build and manage strategic client relationships in a SaaS environment
  • • Strong communicator with experience creating business cases and driving customer adoption
  • • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is a quick learner
  • • Demonstrated ability to foster customer communities and organize client-facing events or webinars
