• • As a Solutions Engineer at LiveFlow, you will occupy a pivotal role at the nexus of sales, product development, and customer success. You will be instrumental in guiding prospective clients through complex sales cycles, meticulously diagnosing their existing accounting workflows, architecting bespoke solutions using Flow, and building compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring a seamless transition for new clients, owning the crucial initial days of their implementation journey.
• • This role extends beyond technical pre-sales; you will be a key contributor to shaping our go-to-market strategy. By translating your profound accounting knowledge into a practical and resonant sales playbook, you will help us effectively communicate the value of Flow to finance and accounting leaders. We are specifically looking for individuals who have gained hands-on, challenging experience in accounting – whether through Big Four audits, high-growth startup finance departments, or extensive ERP implementations – and are eager to leverage this expertise across sales, product, and operational facets within a fast-paced startup environment.
• • Your primary responsibilities will include:
• • Collaborating closely with the sales team to manage technically intricate deals from inception to closure, encompassing detailed discovery sessions, strategic solution design, the development of robust proof-of-concept environments, and delivering impactful live demonstrations.
• • Conducting in-depth analyses of client-specific accounting challenges, such as complex consolidations, intricate close processes, intercompany eliminations, and inventory management, and architecting how LiveFlow's Flow platform can provide elegant and efficient solutions.
• • Assisting clients with critical implementation planning, facilitating smooth data migration processes, and providing essential go-live support to ensure a successful adoption of the Flow platform.
• • Cultivating strong, trusted relationships with key financial stakeholders, including Controllers, CFOs, VPs of Finance, and senior Accountants, understanding their unique needs and strategic objectives.
• • Working collaboratively with our product and engineering teams to refine our go-to-market positioning, ensuring our messaging accurately reflects the capabilities of Flow, and channeling valuable product insights derived from client interactions back to the development team.
• • Establishing yourself as the internal subject matter expert on how companies currently manage their accounting operations, identifying the pain points and limitations inherent in legacy tools, and articulating how LiveFlow offers a superior alternative.
