- • As an Associate Compensation & Benefits Director at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in executing and administering international compensation and benefit plans across key Latin American markets including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys, managing annual compensation planning (merit, promotion, bonus), overseeing benefits strategy and carrier renewals, maintaining global benefit inventories, leading gender pay gap reporting where applicable, and partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
- • You will be a key member of the global Total Rewards team, supporting regional HR Business Partners while contributing to US and global compensation initiatives, managing HRIS data integrity, producing compensation metrics, and providing guidance and training on compensation-related matters.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in global regulatory environments, advance your skills in data analytics and storytelling, lead complex international compensation projects, and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority—growing into a strategic leader in total rewards within a fast-expanding, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience in mature international organizations
- • Advanced proficiency in market pricing, survey methodology, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling
- • Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation
- • Experience managing international benefit plans, including carrier renewals, broker negotiations, and pension scheme administration
- • Proven ability to partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
- • Experience with PayFactors and/or SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS is a plus
