- • Lead the enterprise Digital Workplace function within the Office of the CEO at College Board, responsible for building the digital conditions required for modern execution in a highly distributed organization.
- • Define and steward enterprise digital workplace strategy, governance, and success metrics; own collaboration models across Slack, Zoom, intranet, and productivity suites; and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and leadership rhythms.
- • Partner with SVPs, VPs, and leadership teams to establish shared digital operating models that reduce friction, eliminate parallel work, and improve execution quality; lead a small team delivering enablement, training, and hands-on support.
- • Drive intranet vision and knowledge architecture, leadership digital operating systems, adoption and capability building, and cross-functional partnership with Technology, Talent, and Operations to ensure systems support execution on College Board’s mission.
- • Operate at the enterprise level with strong judgment, systems thinking, and credibility to influence norms and habits at scale while balancing standardization and local adaptation.
- • Contribute to College Board’s mission of expanding educational and career opportunities by enabling leaders and staff to focus on what matters most for students through improved clarity, transparency, and speed in work execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise roles spanning digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, strategy, operations, or execution enablement within complex, matrixed organizations.
- • Demonstrated ability to design and steward enterprise operating systems—including digital collaboration environments, standards, and governance—that improve clarity, coordination, and execution at scale.
- • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders (SVPs, VPs, and their teams) to shift operating habits, reduce friction, and improve execution quality.
- • Experience leading cross-functional work with Technology, Talent, Communications, or Operations teams, with clear boundaries around ownership and accountability.
- • Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity, clarify expectations, and influence behavior through clear standards and guidance.
- • Commitment to College Board’s mission and to creating internal conditions that allow staff to focus their energy on improving outcomes for students.

- • Competitive hiring range of $112,000 to $170,000, with salary determined by location, experience, market data, and internal equity.
