This position is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge in legal AI technology by ensuring that all ingested materials are of the highest quality before being made available to legal professionals worldwide.
- • You will be instrumental in the end-to-end management of our content, acting as a key quality assurance gatekeeper. Your responsibilities will span from the initial ingestion of new legal documents and resources to the meticulous maintenance of our existing collections, ensuring a seamless and reliable data pipeline.
- • This role acts as a vital bridge between raw data delivery and the final platform publication, directly contributing to the robustness and trustworthiness of our legal-content moat. Your diligence will ensure that our clients receive accurate, up-to-date, and relevant legal information.
- • You will be a steward of data accuracy, collaborating closely with developers, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to process and validate legal data pipelines. This involves a blend of technical validation, rigorous adherence to metadata governance, and effective cross-functional coordination to deliver a continuously updated and dependable data corpus.
- • A core part of your function will be to create detailed technical specification documents. These documents will serve as essential guides for developers, outlining the precise build requirements for new content pipelines and ensuring that integration processes are efficient and effective.
- • You will be responsible for uploading and integrating validated materials, meticulously ensuring that all digital resources are correctly ingested into our proprietary pipelines. This includes managing the final publication workflow for high-value assets, such as books and journals, performing thorough quality control checks before their official release.
- • Your validation efforts will extend to the content delivered by the development team, ensuring it meets all predefined quality standards and specifications. Furthermore, you will conduct audits and reviews of quality control checks performed by other business units on already published content, reinforcing data integrity across the board.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves applying your knowledge of Resource Description and Access (RDA) cataloging standards to govern and enhance metadata quality. You will ensure that all structural standards are met, guaranteeing that content is accurately classified and easily accessible on the platform.
- • You will also contribute to external communication efforts by managing the delivery of daily legal newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to our subscribers.
- • Assisting Team Leaders in processing specialized materials will be another key responsibility, supporting the development of internal subject-matter expertise. This includes performing quality control on specialized content types to guarantee accuracy across various regional and thematic projects.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal technology, data management, and quality assurance, contributing directly to a product that empowers legal professionals and increases access to justice globally.
- • You will be part of a dynamic team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement, working with cutting-edge AI technology in the legal sector.
- • Your work will directly impact the user experience of legal professionals, enabling them to work smarter, faster, and more securely by providing them with a reliable and comprehensive legal knowledge base.
- • The role requires a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
- • You will gain valuable experience in data validation, metadata management, and the intricacies of legal content pipelines within a leading AI technology company.
- • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in data management and content operations within the rapidly evolving legal tech industry.
- • You will contribute to a mission-driven organization that is dedicated to transforming the legal experience for all.
