📋 Description

• • Draft, review, and negotiate global commercial contracts with a primary focus on vendor and supplier agreements originating from the United States, Europe, India, and Singapore.
• • Provide transactional legal support across all functions of the organization, ensuring alignment with company playbooks, internal policies, and risk tolerance frameworks.
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving legal regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements impacting commercial agreements in multiple jurisdictions.
• • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including People, Security, Procurement, and Finance to deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions that enable growth while mitigating risk.
• • Enhance and standardize legal playbooks and contract templates to scale the legal function in alignment with AlphaSense’s rapid expansion and global operations.
• • Act as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders, offering clear, timely, and actionable guidance on contract terms, obligations, and potential exposures.
• • Negotiate complex contractual terms with external vendors and partners, balancing legal rigor with commercial pragmatism and operational feasibility.
• • Support the broader AlphaSense legal team on ad hoc legal matters as needed, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing legal function.
• • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties of diverse backgrounds, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness in all interactions.
• • Work seamlessly across multiple time zones and cultural contexts to support AlphaSense’s global business operations and contractual obligations.
