- • As a Senior/Staff User Enablement Specialist at Skylight, you will play a critical role in supporting a federal organization’s modernization of technology systems used nationwide to deliver essential services, ensuring seamless adoption by government staff, service providers, and partner organizations.
- • You will own end-to-end enablement plans for product launches and releases, including onboarding, training, office hours, and reinforcement activities, while designing and delivering user-centered training materials grounded in real workflows and jobs-to-be-done.
- • You will provide hands-on support during major releases, facilitate live and recorded training sessions for diverse audiences, and maintain accessible libraries of SOPs, guides, videos, and walkthroughs in plain language.
- • You will coordinate user access provisioning, run feedback loops, synthesize insights into actionable improvements, and collaborate closely with product teams through agile ceremonies to align adoption efforts with development cycles.
- • You will work within Skylight’s mission-driven culture as a public interest technologist, contributing to the transformation of government services through design and technology, with a focus on equity, accessibility, and impact for underserved communities.
- • You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in instructional design, change management, and enterprise software adoption while working on high-impact federal programs that serve families, patients, and vulnerable populations across the United States.

- • Demonstrated experience onboarding users to complex digital systems or platforms
- • Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
