- • Serve as a pre- and post-sales engineering leader for Legion Intelligence, demonstrating the value of our Generative AI platform to government and enterprise customers in the Southeastern US.
- • Design, build, and execute proof of concepts (POCs) that showcase how Legion Intelligence improves productivity, reduces risk, and integrates with existing customer systems.
- • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business impact.
- • Collaborate with sales leadership, the CEO, and VP of Delivery to define and refine the technical pre-sales and delivery scoping process for Legion Intelligence.
- • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical procurement and decision-makers at major client organizations.
- • Work alongside partner pre-sales engineers to co-develop reusable demonstration materials and prototype integrations with technology platforms like Palantir, Nvidia, HPE, and Oracle.
- • Analyze competitor AI solutions and create comparative materials that articulate Legion Intelligence’s unique advantages in security, reliability, and workflow augmentation.
- • Gather and relay detailed customer feedback, use cases, and pain points to internal product and engineering teams to inform future product development.
- • Educate prospects on how Legion Intelligence mitigates common AI risks such as hallucinations, data leakage, and model drift within secure, compliant environments.
- • Travel regularly to customer sites across the Southeastern US, including but not limited to Fayetteville, NC; Tampa, FL; and Atlanta, GA, or near major airports in the region.
- • Support the transition from sales to delivery by coordinating closely with delivery engineers and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
- • Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including architecture diagrams, integration workflows, and security compliance documentation.
- • Act as a technical evangelist for Legion Intelligence, representing the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer workshops.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) and apply this knowledge to deploy and test AI prototypes in secure environments.
- • Ensure all customer interactions and technical solutions comply with U.S. government security and data handling requirements due to contract obligations.
