- • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close for enterprise healthcare organizations nationwide.
- • Lead structured discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations for Mia, an AI-powered communication platform that automates patient conversations across phone, SMS, and chat.
- • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups spanning operations, finance, and executive leadership within healthcare organizations.
- • Build and execute outbound sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise accounts and multi-location healthcare systems.
- • Develop account penetration plans to expand pilot engagements into enterprise-wide deployments.
- • Generate pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase contract value and long-term revenue.
- • Manage pipeline and forecasting with discipline and accuracy using HubSpot.
- • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in a commission-driven environment.
- • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Implementation teams to refine messaging, improve customer experience, and scale repeatable go-to-market processes.
- • Share direct customer feedback and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and positioning.
- • Operate with high autonomy and adaptability in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
- • Build trusted relationships with operators and executive decision-makers to position Mia as a strategic solution for reducing administrative burden, improving patient experience, and capturing lost revenue.
- • Contribute to building scalable sales processes as the company scales from early-stage to enterprise growth phase.
- • Sell into complex healthcare environments with a focus on operational efficiency and financial impact of AI automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience
- • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise deals (ideally $60K+ ACV)
- • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- • Strong hunter mentality — comfortable generating your own pipeline
- • Drive accounts from initial pilot engagements to long-term, enterprise-wide expansion
- • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles
🏖️ Benefits
- • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $300,000 (uncapped)
- • Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000
- • Meaningful equity ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startup
