- • Lead and manage the operational performance of ServerFarm’s critical facilities across a portfolio of over 750 data center locations in North America, Western Europe, and Israel.
- • Ensure uninterrupted power and cooling delivery to all data center sites under direct supervision, maintaining 99.999% uptime standards for hyperscale and technology clients.
- • Oversee the deployment and optimization of ServerFarm’s proprietary InCommand remote monitoring platform to enhance operational efficiency and predictive maintenance capabilities.
- • Direct and mentor a team of on-site technicians, engineers, and support staff responsible for day-to-day facility operations, emergency response, and compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.
- • Collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver tailored critical infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and client-specific operational requirements.
- • Implement and enforce standardized operational procedures across all managed sites to ensure consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance in data center operations.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization in alignment with ServerFarm’s commitment to environmentally responsible infrastructure.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, incident resolution, and operational reviews, maintaining strong relationships with key hyperscale technology partners.
- • Coordinate with capital projects teams to support new site builds, upgrades, and expansions, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities into existing operational frameworks.
- • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including PUE, cooling efficiency, mean time to repair, and system availability to senior leadership and clients.
- • Ensure all facilities meet or exceed industry certifications including Uptime Institute Tier standards, ISO 50001, and local environmental and safety regulations.
- • Lead incident response and disaster recovery protocols during critical outages or emergencies, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore operations with minimal downtime.
- • Participate in the development and execution of ServerFarm’s 4x growth strategy by identifying operational bottlenecks and scaling best practices across new and existing sites.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of all operational activities, maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and compliance records in alignment with corporate governance policies.
- • Represent ServerFarm at industry events and client meetings to promote the company’s operational excellence and innovation in sustainable data center infrastructure.
