  • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing groundbreaking creative ideas across a diverse range of multi-channel campaigns. You will guide the creative process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that every piece of work not only meets but exceeds client expectations and upholds the highest standards of design excellence and brand integrity. Your artistic vision and strategic thinking will be key to developing compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable results.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of full-time and freelance designers and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous design excellence, ensuring all client deliverables adhere to brand standards and possess a distinct visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to meticulously oversee creative scope, manage timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
  • Partner with Account, Strategy, Data, and Analytics teams to develop insightful creative briefs and to rigorously evaluate campaign performance against key metrics.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients with confidence and clarity, adeptly incorporating feedback and advocating for innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating team atmosphere, even when navigating demanding project timelines and managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.
  • Champion user-centered design methodologies, ensuring that creative solutions are not only aesthetically compelling but also highly effective and user-friendly.
  • Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying new creative opportunities and supporting new business pitches with compelling visual concepts and strategic thinking.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, advertising, and healthcare communications, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to client work.
  • Mentor and develop junior creative talent, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and skill development.
  • Ensure seamless integration of creative work across all channels, from digital and social media to print, broadcast, and corporate communications.
  • Actively participate in internal creative reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the overall creative output of the agency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience in increasingly managerial creative roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have pharmaceutical (pharma) experience.
  • Outstanding art direction and design experience across a variety of media including digital, social, collateral, print, broadcast, and corporate communications.
  • Visual Design background with strong systematic design/multichannel experience and campaign/storytelling abilities.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (CS); proficiency in other design software is a plus.
