- • As an Associate Creative Director at KAYAK, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel campaigns that elevate the brand and drive consumer engagement across OOH, digital, social, video, experiential, CRM, and web platforms.
- • You will provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to your design team, ensuring high creative standards while fostering growth, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
- • You will partner with the Senior Creative Director to shape brand expression, evolve design systems, and translate strategic briefs into compelling, data-informed creative concepts that meet business goals.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with writers, producers, strategists, and marketing partners to bring integrated ideas to life, using performance insights and emerging tools like AI to refine and innovate creative approaches.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of art direction and/or creative direction experience at a creative agency or fast-paced in-house brand studio, with a proven track record of developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign experience, exceptional concept development, craftsmanship, and measurable results.
- • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with comfort using AI-driven creative tools and a solid grasp of typography, composition, color, motion, and digital design fundamentals.
- • Experience mentoring or leading designers with a collaborative, inclusive approach, along with proven project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- • Comfort presenting creative ideas to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with experience partnering with production teams, directors, editors, photographers, and content creators.
