đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Cority, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the EHS+ platform by driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention—directly contributing to Cority’s mission of preventing operational risks through trusted data, AI-powered insights, and automated workflows for environmental, health, safety, quality, and sustainability (EHSQS) initiatives.
  • • You will serve as the primary post-sale advocate for assigned customers, building strong relationships to understand their unique EHSQS challenges and guiding them toward successful outcomes that align with their strategic goals, thereby reinforcing Cority’s reputation as a trusted partner in complex, global organizations.
  • • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments with customers to monitor platform usage, identify expansion opportunities, and proactively address potential issues before they impact satisfaction or renewal.
  • • Develop and execute customized success plans tailored to each customer’s EHSQS objectives, including milestone tracking, KPI alignment, and measurable outcomes related to incident reduction, compliance improvement, or sustainability reporting.
  • • Onboard new customers by coordinating with implementation teams, delivering training sessions, and ensuring smooth transition from sales to active platform utilization, reducing time-to-value and increasing early engagement.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Support, and Sales teams to relay feedback, prioritize feature requests, and influence product roadmap decisions based on real-world usage patterns and pain points.
  • • Monitor customer health scores using internal tools and data, triggering timely interventions for at-risk accounts and leading renewal conversations with confidence, supported by usage analytics and success metrics.
  • • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts by recognizing unmet needs and aligning them with additional Cority modules or services, contributing to net revenue retention goals.
  • • Cority is a global leader in EHS+ software with over 40 years of innovation, serving more than 1,500 complex organizations across industries such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and utilities—where safety, compliance, and sustainability are non-negotiable.
  • • The company fosters a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusion, consistently recognized for outstanding employee experience and business performance, with a commitment to empowering both customers and employees through purpose-driven technology.
  • • You will develop deep expertise in EHSQS domains, learning how leading organizations leverage technology to transform compliance from a cost center into a strategic advantage through data-driven decision-making and AI-enhanced insights.
  • • This role offers significant growth potential into senior Customer Success, Account Management, or Leadership positions within Cority’s expanding global Customer Success organization, supported by mentorship, continuous learning, and exposure to cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS, EHS, or industrial technology environments.
  • • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or consulting—preferably within B2B SaaS, EHSQS, or compliance-focused industries.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build trust, facilitate workshops, and convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • • Familiarity with EHSQS frameworks, regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), or sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP) is a strong advantage.
  • • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango), and data analysis to track usage, health scores, and renewal likelihood.
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a passion for helping customers succeed—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, including mental health resources and wellness programs designed to support holistic employee well-being.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, company holidays, and flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance and accommodate diverse personal needs.
  • • Professional development stipend, access to LinkedIn Learning, internal training programs, and tuition reimbursement to support continuous skill growth and career advancement.
  • • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and performance-based bonuses, aligning individual success with company performance and long-term value creation.
  • • Collaborative, inclusive culture with regular team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and opportunities to contribute to Cority’s EHSQS mission beyond the desk—such as volunteering for sustainability or safety-focused community projects.
