- • As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Flashpoint Intel Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor and the face of the company to customers, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders in threat intelligence, fraud prevention, and physical security teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction and drive value from the Flashpoint Ignite platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning customer relationships, understanding use cases and requirements, serving as a trusted advisor through email, monthly touchpoints, and Strategic Business Reviews, collaborating internally across teams to enhance product offerings, and developing deep expertise in Flashpoint’s products and services to enable customers to focus on relevant threats and make smarter decisions.
- • Flashpoint is a pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence, empowering commercial enterprises and government agencies to confront complex security challenges, reduce risk, and improve operational resilience through its Ignite platform, which delivers enriched data from highly relevant sources supported by human insights across cyber threat, vulnerability, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection domains.
- • In this role, you will achieve rapid onboarding milestones: learning Flashpoint’s vision, mission, strategy, and culture within 30 days; completing product training and beginning to manage accounts by 60 days; and functioning independently with a robust understanding of core use cases by 90 days, positioning you for growth in a mission-driven, customer-centric organization.
