- • This is a foundational role on the Customer Success team at Clutch Technologies, designed for someone who wants to learn quickly, take ownership early, and grow into a more senior Customer Success role.
- • The Associate Customer Success Manager supports a Senior CSM in managing a large, complex book of business while also owning a portfolio of smaller accounts end-to-end, serving as a critical extension of the Senior CSM to ensure exceptional day-to-day execution and long-term partnership.
- • The Customer Success team of 10+ manages partner Credit Union relationships, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth in a high-trust, high-accountability culture that values progress over perfection and empowers ownership with close collaboration across product, implementation, and support.
- • Within 3–9 months, you will progress from learning product workflows and handling inbound requests to owning a small portfolio of accounts, monitoring account health, contributing to business reviews, and operating as a primary owner with a clear path toward a senior CSM role based on performance and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- • Strong execution skills—highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders
- • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
- • Ability to prioritize across multiple accounts and requests without dropping details
- • Interest in fintech, B2B SaaS, or working closely with financial institutions (a plus)
