- • As an Associate Customer Success, MM at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for clients, building genuine and durable relationships that drive long-term revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related issues.
- • Day to day, you will manage and foster client relationships, train clients on Deel processes, lead interactions with product adoption and growth in mind, solve client challenges, collaborate with Account Executives and Strategic CSMs, and advocate for clients internally with Revenue and product teams.
- • Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, supporting every worker type in 150+ countries with AI-powered tools and a fully owned payroll infrastructure, backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in ARR, with a team of 7,000 spanning over 100 countries and speaking 74 languages.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in customer success within a high-growth SaaS environment, strengthen your analytical and project management skills, and build a track record of driving client impact and expansion, positioning you as a sought-after leader in the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, operations, or customer success
- • Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
- • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, payroll company, top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize numbers into actionable recommendations
- • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of responsibilities
- • Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
