Associate Customer Support Manager - NC/SC

📋 Description

• • The Associate Customer Support Manager (aCSM) is responsible for managing the Managed and Support Services (M&S) business for assigned customer contracts in North Carolina and South Carolina, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective service delivery for Motorola Solutions’ Public Safety customers.
• • Day-to-day duties include serving as a single point of contact for customers, managing service scope and SLA compliance, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, handling contract renewals and change orders, creating Statements of Work and Customer Support Plans, resolving service and billing issues, identifying process improvements, and supporting forecasting and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• • The role operates within the Government and Public Safety Division of Motorola Solutions, a global leader in mission-critical communications and safety technologies that support police, fire, emergency services, transportation, energy, and other government agencies.
• • The aCSM will develop expertise in contract management, customer relationship management, service operations, and public safety solutions, while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving service quality improvements across a regional territory.
