- • Own the creation of operational intelligence dashboards that give Disney’s End-user & Technical Operations teams real-time visibility into the health of every system, service, device, and tool used by 200,000+ employees worldwide—from the DISC Building in Florida to the network operations centers in Burbank and beyond.
- • Partner with Help Desk, Field Support, NOC, and Application Operations teams to translate raw ticket, event, and telemetry data into clear, actionable insights that protect business-critical SLAs and reduce mean time to restore (MTTR).
- • Design and implement anomaly-detection models and adaptive-threshold alerts that surface potential incidents hours—or days—before they impact guests or cast members, turning reactive firefighting into proactive prevention.
- • Build self-service Power BI reports and Snowflake-powered data marts that empower engineers, managers, and executives to explore trends in incident volume, device reliability, and service-desk resolution times without waiting for analyst support.
- • Drive root-cause analysis by stitching together data from ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, cloud monitoring tools, and custom telemetry pipelines; then package findings into concise stories that influence engineering roadmaps and operational playbooks.
- • Champion data-driven decision making across the Enterprise Technology organization by establishing KPI definitions, data-quality standards, and automated data-validation checks that ensure every metric is trustworthy and auditable.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Disney’s ITSM integrations—automating ticket enrichment, predictive health scoring, and dynamic assignment rules that cut manual triage time and free up engineers for higher-value innovation.
- • Experiment with advanced analytics techniques—statistical modeling, data mining, and lightweight machine-learning prototypes—to uncover hidden patterns in large-scale, high-dimensional operational datasets and translate them into measurable business value.
- • Present insights and recommendations to audiences ranging from frontline technicians to senior executives, translating complex technical findings into simple, compelling visuals that inspire action and secure continued investment in data initiatives.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in observability, AIOps, and cloud analytics, then pilot new tools and methodologies in controlled sandboxes before scaling the most promising solutions across Disney’s global technology ecosystem.
