- • As an Associate Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our extensive network data, a cornerstone of the health and dental benefits provided to millions of federal employees, retirees, and their families.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous loading of leased network data into our proprietary I-Network system, a critical component of our Network Data Management and Exchange System.
- • You will be instrumental in maintaining the high quality of network data within I-Network, ensuring that our members have access to the most up-to-date and reliable provider information.
- • A key aspect of your role will be the thorough evaluation of leased load logs provided by our valued clients.
- • Based on your evaluations, you will be responsible for providing the appropriate network teams with requested update reports, highlighting any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- • You will proactively report your findings and suggest actionable steps to management, contributing directly to the continuous enhancement of our data management processes.
- • Furthermore, you will actively assist with the integration management of leased partner data into I-Network, which includes the efficient loading of files and diligent work on error correction reports.
- • You will create and oversee the completion of service tickets specifically for data quality management, ensuring that issues are tracked, addressed, and resolved promptly.
- • A significant part of your role involves supporting our Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) site, facilitating client access and managing critical elements such as user activity, access permissions, passwords, and notifications.
- • You will collaborate closely with Data Specialists and Senior Data Specialists, providing essential support on various projects and contributing to broader data initiatives.
- • In addition to your core duties, you will act as a crucial backup for network reporting requests, ensuring continuity and responsiveness in data delivery.
