- • As an Associate Director in Accounting Advisory at Riveron Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex financial transformations driven by regulatory changes, growth, and M&A activity, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading research and analysis on intricate accounting challenges, advising clients on financial reporting during business transformations, managing project budgets and workstreams, partnering directly with client stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members through coaching and feedback.
- • You will join Riveron’s Accounting Advisory team, a hands-on, collaborative unit known for its deep expertise in technical accounting, capital markets transactions, and financial process redesign, operating with senior-level involvement to ensure quality and team development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in complex accounting standards, strengthen leadership and client management skills, contribute to revenue growth through service expansion, and help shape the professional development of others while working in a values-driven, entrepreneurial culture focused on excellence and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
- • Minimum 15+ years of experience in audit and/or industry accounting
- • Advanced knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS accounting standards
- • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- • Experience in coaching and developing junior team members
