• • As an Associate Director of Earned Media at Real Chemistry, you will lead media strategy and execution for biotech and pharmaceutical clients, driving impact through earned media initiatives that support healthcare innovation and client success.
• • Day to day, you will manage media engagement with local, trade, and national journalists, serve as a primary client contact, track and report on media outreach, lead earned media workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, influencer, paid, social), mentor junior staff, manage media budgets and scopes, and contribute to new business development through media research and presentation support.
