📋 Description
- • As an Associate Director, Field Portfolio & Early Assets GTM Analytics at Novartis, you will be instrumental in shaping the enterprise-level field go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the entire pipeline, early assets, and the overall product portfolio.
- • This pivotal role operates at the highest enterprise and portfolio levels, focusing on cross-portfolio GTM design, meticulous early asset GTM planning, the development of sophisticated role archetypes, comprehensive portfolio-wide deployment modeling, in-depth cross-therapeutic area (TA) opportunity assessment, and strategic enterprise-level resource optimization.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Field Deployment & GTM Analytics team within Field Insights & Analytics to ensure a seamless and integrated approach between high-level enterprise GTM design and the granular, brand-level operational execution.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass leading the field GTM planning and comprehensive field assessment processes for all pipeline assets, including detailed resource requirement analysis and structure assessments. This will involve close collaboration with the Pipeline & BD&L team, specifically within IDS Enterprise & Pipeline Insights & Analytics.
- • You will be a key driver in facilitating enterprise GTM assessments, which include advanced scenario planning, simulation modeling, and other critical GTM analytics. This will be executed in partnership with the Field Deployment & GTM Analytics team (IDS Field Insights & Analytics).
- • The role demands leadership in executing portfolio field analytics projects as directed by the Field Leadership Team (FLT), ensuring that data-driven insights directly inform strategic decisions.
- • You will facilitate the design, framework, and archetyping of field roles, aligning them with the strategic direction set by the FLT.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred.
- • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry with a focus on strategic insights, decision science, analytics, and capability development.
- • Proven expertise in field analytics, GTM planning, and resource optimization.
- • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in field execution and portfolio management.
- • Strong background in integrating insights across diverse data sources and aligning them with business priorities.
