Associate Director, Governance & Data Management Operations Enablement, IQVIA Digital (Remote)

📋 Description

• • Serve as the primary IQVIA Digital representative on enterprise data governance committees and boards, ensuring alignment between digital product initiatives and enterprise-wide compliance standards.
• • Lead data governance and compliance initiatives in close partnership with IQVIA Information Governance to enforce consistent application of data use, documentation, and regulatory practices across all digital products.
• • Develop, implement, and document cross-organizational operating models including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams (e.g., Lucidchart), and governance frameworks.
• • Create, standardize, and operationalize critical governance artifacts such as Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Data Dictionaries, and Data Catalogs to support scalable and compliant data management.
• • Own and evolve the Data Management SharePoint site as the authoritative source for design, processes, documentation, and governance guidance across IQVIA Digital.
• • Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials for senior leadership, governance committees, and external stakeholders, translating complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• • Drive operational efficiency through standardization, clear documentation, and scalable enablement practices that support innovation without compromising compliance.
• • Partner effectively with Data Management, Product, GTM, Leadership, and Information Governance teams to ensure seamless integration of governance requirements into product development and delivery cycles.
• • Operate in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment, influencing outcomes without direct authority through collaboration, credibility, and structured communication.
• • Maintain strong accountability for execution, prioritization, critical thinking, and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
• • Ensure all data governance practices adhere to regulatory requirements in regulated environments including health, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and/or ad-tech industries.
• • Represent IQVIA Digital in enterprise-wide data governance forums to help shape standards that balance regulatory rigor with product velocity and innovation.
• • Apply proven expertise in data governance frameworks, enterprise compliance practices, and data-driven operations to enable scalable, secure, and compliant data management at scale.
• • Deliver clear, consistent, and accessible documentation that empowers cross-functional teams to comply with governance standards without impeding operational speed.
• • Maintain rigorous attention to detail in process design, artifact creation, and stakeholder communication to uphold IQVIA’s commitment to integrity and regulatory compliance.
